How big is the apartment, and how many people can stay?

The apartment is 65m², has two bedrooms, and is suitable for 2 to 5 guests. View the amenities here.

Bookings

When is the apartment available?

You can check the availability here.

How can I make a reservation?

Send us an email or use the contact form. Please mention the number of guests and the dates you wish to stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The rental starts at 3:00 PM on the first day of the rental period. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on the last day.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay?

Depending on the season, the apartment can be rented per week, midweek, or weekend. More information here.

Can I place an option on specific dates?

If the desired period is still available, we can hold it as an option for a short time. The duration of the option depends on demand. Contact us for more details.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment is made in advance via bank transfer.

What if I want to book last-minute?

Last-minute bookings are possible if the period is available. Keep in mind that payment must be completed in advance, even for last-minute reservations.

Can I check in early or check out late?

To ensure all guests receive the same level of service, early check-ins and late check-outs are not possible.

Amenities and Facilities

Is Wi-Fi available in the apartment?

A high-speed Wi-Fi connection from Telenet is available.

Are bed and bath linens provided, or should I bring my own?

Bed and bath linens are not provided. You must bring your own. Here you can find the dimensions of the bedding you need to bring.

Does the apartment have a private garden or terrace?

A private terrace is available. You can also use the large communal garden and the swimming pool.

Is there a parking space available?

A reserved underground or above-ground parking space is available upon request at the time of booking.

How does waste disposal work during my stay?

You can use the bins under the sink to collect your waste. Please separate general waste, PMD (plastic, metal, and drink cartons), paper/cardboard, and glass.
All waste (except glass) must be disposed of in the underground containers at the entrance of the domain.
Glass: bottles and jars can be disposed of in the glass container on Koerslaan.

Are extras like beach chairs or a barbecue available?

There are garden chairs, a table, and a parasol available for use on your terrace or in the garden/sunbathing area.

Barbecues are strictly prohibited throughout the entire domain.

Swimming Pool & Surroundings

Is the pool heated and open all year round?

The pool is heated and open from May 31 to September 15.

How far is the beach, and how can I get there?

The beach is 1.1 km away, about a 15-minute walk.

Are there restaurants, shops, or supermarkets nearby?

Upon arrival, you will find a detailed information folder with all the local recommendations.

House rules

Are pets allowed?

We have carefully furnished our holiday apartment to provide a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests. Therefore, we prefer a pet-free accommodation. However, we understand that some guests wish to bring their four-legged companion on holiday. Pets may be allowed only after prior consultation and approval, under the following conditions:

  • ✔️ No damage to the interior or garden
  • ✔️ No disturbance to other guests or neighbors
  • ✔️ Pets must not be left alone in the apartment
  • ✔️ Pets must always be kept on a leash outside the apartment
  • ✔️ The domain is not a dog park, even after a long car journey
  • ✔️ Pets must not relieve themselves on the premises. Instead, use the forest area behind the complex, accessible via the back gate
  • ✔️ Extra cleaning fees are applied

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and use the provided ashtray, leaving it clean and empty.

Are there additional costs, such as cleaning fees or a deposit?

The security deposit is €250.
