CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

The rental period starts at 3:00 PM on the first day of the stay and ends on the last day with check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground; use the provided ashtray and leave it empty and clean.

PETS

We have carefully furnished our holiday apartment to provide a comfortable and clean stay for all guests. Therefore, we prefer a pet-free accommodation. However, we understand that some guests may want to bring their four-legged friends on vacation. Pets are allowed only with prior consultation and approval. Any additional cleaning costs due to excessive dirt will be charged.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The maximum number of guests is limited to 5 people.

PARKING

A reserved parking space in the underground garage is available. If you wish to use it, please indicate this at the time of booking.
Only one vehicle can be parked. Note: the underground parking is not suitable for larger vehicles such as vans.

PAYMENT

50% of the rental price must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance and security deposit must be paid no later than 30 days before the stay begins.
The rental price excludes electricity consumption (€0.50/kWh) and the final cleaning fee (€60.00).

RENTAL PRICE

You rent the apartment as described. The price includes internet, water, and access to the swimming pool. Electricity is charged based on actual usage.
After your stay, final cleaning is performed by our service for a mandatory fee of €60.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGE

A security deposit of €250 is required. This deposit is not part of the rental price and will be refunded in full, provided there is no damage and after deducting the final cleaning and electricity costs.
In case of damage, the repair costs will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit does not cover the full amount, the tenant must pay the remaining balance within one month, regardless of whether they have received reimbursement from their insurance.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is due. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund for cancellations up to fourteen days before arrival. If you wait longer, there is no refund.

LIABILITY

The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay in or around the apartment, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, all guests acknowledge the risks associated with the use of the apartment. Any damage must be reported to the owner before departure.

DISPUTES

In case of disputes, only the court of Bruges (Brugge) has jurisdiction.
