Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival. No refunds will be given after this period.

50% of the rental price is charged at the time of booking. Your reservation is final once the payment is received.
The remaining 50% and the security deposit must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

The security deposit is 250 euros. This is not part of the rent and will be refunded after your stay, provided no damage is found and after deducting the costs for final cleaning and electricity consumption.

We do not provide bed linen or kitchen towels. Pillows and duvets are available for all beds. You must bring your own duvet covers, fitted sheets, and pillowcases. You can check the exact sizes here.

We understand that you’d like to bring your furry friend on holiday. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a dog and let us know what breed it is.
We kindly ask you to follow a few house rules:
🐾 Keep your dog on a leash at all times outside the apartment.
🐾 Ensure that no damage is caused to the interior or garden.
🐾 Do not leave your dog alone in the apartment.
🐾 Dogs are not allowed to be walked on the premises, but you can take them to the forest (the back gate).
🐾 Additional cleaning costs may apply in case of excessive dirt.
