The apartment is available for rent:
- Per week (7 nights)
- Per midweek (Monday/Friday, 4 nights)
- Per weekend (Friday/Monday, 3 nights)
Note: In July and August, the minimum rental period is 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday.

(*) The underground parking is not suitable for larger vehicles.
If your car is too large or you need an extra parking space, you can use our outdoor parking spot just outside the domain. Price: 5 euros per day.
Our terms and conditions
Your reservation is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the rental price. The remaining balance, along with the deposit, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your stay.
The price excludes electricity consumption (€0.50/kWh) and the final cleaning fee (€60.00).
A security deposit of €250.00 is required. This deposit is not part of the rent. After your stay, the deposit will be refunded, provided there is no damage, and after deducting the final cleaning fee and electricity costs.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is due. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund for cancellations up to fourteen days before arrival. If you wait longer, there is no refund. (We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance policy with an agency of your choice.)
The maximum number of guests is limited to 5 persons.
